The City of Kissimmee is excited to offer two Holiday Camps this winter season, giving kids an exciting and memorable escape during their school break. Whether your child is in elementary school or middle school, there’s a camp designed just for them, complete with fun field trips, engaging activities, and plenty of opportunities to make new friends.
For those in grades K-5 (must be at least 5 years old), the Camp Discovery Holiday Camp will be held at the Oak Street Park Community Center Dec. 29–31, and Jan. 2, with special trips to Dinosaur World and to go see “The SpongeBob Movie.” For middle schoolers in grades 6-8, the Teen Extreme Holiday Camp will take place at the Chambers Park Community Center, with planned trips to ICE! at Gaylord Palms and Astro Skate. Camp hours are from 7:15 a.m. to 6 p.m. The fee is $100.

And, heads up parents, there is no school on Friday, Jan. 9. Join us for our exciting “No School” Field Trip Day, where students can explore a new place, enjoy hands-on fun, and make new friends along the way.
For K-5, the kids will embark from Oak Street Park for a trip to the Brevard Zoo on January 9th. For grades 6–8, the Teen Extreme “No School” field trip departs from the Chambers Street Park Community Center and will spend the day at Dave & Buster’s, enjoying games, food, and fun in the ultimate entertainment venue. Children ages 5-11 are invited to enjoy a magical evening at the S.N.A.P. Jr. Winter Dance, part of the Special Needs Adaptive Programs (S.N.A.P.). This special event is designed to give children a joyful, inclusive space filled with music, movement, and plenty of smiles, allowing every child to shine.
The Winter Dance will take place on Friday, Jan. 23 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Oak Street Park Community Center. Families can look forward to a fun, welcoming hour of dancing, friendship, and festive winter spirit. Come dance the night away with us—everyone is welcome, and every moment is made to celebrate!
Get ready for a holiday break packed with energy, excitement, and plenty of time on the court! Kids ages 7-13 are invited to join the TopSpin Tennis Camp, where young athletes can learn, play, and discover just how fun tennis can really be. With an upbeat atmosphere, friendly coaches, and tons of action, this camp is the perfect place for kids to build skills and make new friends while enjoying the thrill of the game.
TopSpin Tennis Camp takes place at Oak Street Park Tennis Court #9 Dec. 29–31 and Jan. 2–4, from 9 a.m. to noon. Campers will enjoy fast-paced drills, technical instruction, and exciting challenges led by the TopSpin Tennis coaching team.
