Osceola County Sheriff's deputies made additional arrests Monday and Tuesday in a Nov. 5 home invasion at an Airbnb in Davenport.
Alvan Dimy Civil, 22, and Jaiquan Darius Hill, 20, were arrested and booked into the Orange County Jail Monday. On Tuesday, Ronnall Lachasta Marayane Jr., 20, was arrested.
On Nov. 5 Osceola deputies responded to an armed home invasion on Leader Street, where a juvenile female victim report a group of males exited their vehicle in front of the residence, carrying various types of guns, dressed in black and wearing ski masks. The victim was forced into the residence and as the group of home invaders entered the house an altercation occurred. Property was forcibly taken from the victim. Shots were fired, from both the suspects and other guests that were within the residence. Both the suspects and people that were inside of the house fled the residence. Detectives noted that there were multiple pistol and rifle casings inside and outside of the residence, and bullet holes were seen throughout the interior walls, and the rear sliding glass door was shattered.
Deputies canvassed the area and located two suspects that were positively identified by the victim and arrested Devante Elijah Joseph, 21, Markel Ja’Marion Bailey, 20, and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, shooting into an occupied dwelling, grand theft, armed robbery with a firearm and criminal mischief. They were booked into the Osceola County Jail.
With the help of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and FHP, deputies arrested the other three additional suspects in east Orange County, off Woodbury Road this week.
