A 35-year old Kissimmee man was killed Monday when another vehicle turned into the path of his motorcycle on Orlando Central Parkway near Presidents Drive in Orlando, Florida Highway Patrol reports.
Per the FHP crash report, just after 12:30 Monday afternoon, a Honda Accord driven by a 29-year-old man from California was traveling westbound on Orlando Central Parkway and attempted a left turn. He entered the direct path of the eastbound Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle. The front right side of the Honda struck the motorcycle.
The rider of the Kawasaki was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead. The driver of the Honda remained at the scene and was not injured.
The crash remains under investigation.
