The Osceola County Sheriff's Office has arrested a man they say chatted online about their desire to sexually abuse children.
Cody Don Breedlove, 37, was arrested Tuesday and charged with one count of possession of photo/video of sexual
performance by a child and one count of unlawful use of two-way communication device.
Deputies say the agency was notified by the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) of an incident regarding an individual file sharing and storing child sexual abuse material, and making his claims again children. The Sheriff's Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit began investigating.
Tuesday, the ICAC joined the SWAT team in executing a residential search warrant at the suspect’s Camden Town Square Apartments residence just north of Celebration in Kissimmee. Breedlove was located on scene, along with several electronics that were collected, deputies say. Breedlove was arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail with no bond. He had no Osceola County arrest record prior to Tuesday.
