The heat is (back) on! Heat Advisory back in place

Remember a couple weeks ago when it was REALLY hot and it didn't rain and we warned you to take precautions if you went out between 12-7 p.m.?

That's back for today, and maybe even Friday.

The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issue a Heat Advisory for all of east central Florida, including Osceola and Orange counties, for today. Highs up around 95 combined with high humidity and a lack of afternoon rains will make it feel as high as 105-109° from late this morning through the afternoon.

The 11:55 a.m. temperature at Kissimmee Gateway Airport today was 91, with a heat index of 103, and we're only going up through 5-6 p.m. if a passing storm doesn't blow through.
