Combat Night Pro thrills Kissimmee crowd

The roar inside the Silver Spurs Arena Saturday night was part of Combat Night Pro Kissimmee delivering a full-throttle event of mixed martial arts. The main event saw lightweight contender Angel Mercado square off against veteran Ronald “Mr. Cuba” Girones Sago in a contest that blended technical precision with relentless intensity.

The meeting of middleweight powerhouse Val Woodburn and Brazil’s Vanilto Antunes also had the crowd roaring from the opening bell.

The 29-fight card showcased the depth of Central Florida’s MMA scene, with rising talents like Jackson Stanford, Stephanie Calderon, Lucas LaRue, Theoren Thorn, and Derek Babcock seizing the spotlight alongside seasoned veterans.
