A new brand for babies: Healthy Start gets a fresh one of its own

The Healthy Start Coalition of Osceola County provides free, confidential services to pregnant women and families with infants, helping ensure every baby in the county is born healthy and has the resources to thrive.

The coalition, part of a statewide network dedicated to reducing infant mortality and improving maternal and child health, now has a new brand to continue its efforts locally.

Healthy Start, located in St. Cloud and online at HealthyStartOsceola.org, recently underwent a statewide rebrand led by the Florida Association of Healthy Start Coalitions (FAHSC). And now, thanks to partners at marketing agency Reach, the local Healthy Start now has a new brand focused on connections with parents, including a redesigned website o ring helpful tools for pregnancy, parenting, and early childhood development.

“The new brand is wonderful—it really gives us a refreshed identity and a stronger way to reach families,” said Kerri Stephen, Healthy Start Coalition of Osceola County Executive Director. “Updating all of our materials to match it was a heavy li for a small team like ours. Reach’s contribution of time and talent came at the perfect moment. It allowed us to stay focused on helping families instead of design files.”

Over the course of one day, a “Reach Impact Day,” the creative team brought to life a brand-new website, updated business cards, fresh poster designs, custom social media graphics, video, photography, and a digital strategy to help Healthy Start share its message more effectively.

The focus, Reach CEO Kelly Trace said, was on one thing: making a measurable difference for a nonprofit that’s changing lives.

“We started the day with a team kickoff and then broke out into our specialty areas to build as much as we could in one day,” Trace said. “I’ve always wanted to do this, make real impact in a short time with our entire team’s talents put to good use.”

Trace said Reach plans to host one Impact Day annually, with future nonprofit recipients selected internally by team members based on their community service involvement and awareness of local needs.
