Don’t curb it, swap it! The annual Christmas Tree Swap will be held on Saturday, Jan. 11, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Peghorn Nature Park. Instead of throwing out your old Christmas tree to the curb, swap it out for a new tree to plant at home, and take home the mulch. The old tree must be free of decorations. Join the City of St. Cloud for a MLK Day of Service on Monday, Jan. 20 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Hopkins Park, 620 E. 17th St. Honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy through service. Together with others you can clean up the neighborhood, replant and refresh the community garden and beautify Hopkins Park. Downtown St. Cloud presents Winter Wonderland on Saturday, Jan. 25 from 5-9 p.m. This festive evening features popup vendors, food trucks, music and fun for the kids. There will be plenty of winter themed photo ops available, snow effects and a guest appearance from Frosty. Face painting and hair tinsel will be available. Downtown shops will be open extended hours for the evening.
