“What are they building there at OBT and the Parkway?”
The questions have come since the land on the southwest corner of Orange Blossom Trail and Osceola Parkway was cleared in 2023 and construction began this year on … something.
Here’s some details: Atlanta-based SJC Ventures is the developer of Orange Blossom Plaza, an 81,000-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping plaza. The grocer would take up 42,665 square feet of the development. While no document states who that grocery tenant would be, a number of other SJC completed properties included a Whole Foods anchor.
Other tenants listed include EVOO Fresh Mediterranean Kitchen, Pacific Dental Services, motorcycle parts retailer Cycle Gear and Body Details, a laser hair removal and tattoo removal boutique.
A traffic signal is planned at OBT and Country Boulevard, the intersection south of Osceola Parkway.
