Polls in today's Presidential Preference Primary close at 7 p.m.

  • Registered Republicans who didn't request a vote-by-mail ballot or voted during early voting have until 7 p.m. tonight to vote at their assigned precinct in the Presidential primary.

    Registered Republicans who didn't request a vote-by-mail ballot or voted during early voting have until 7 p.m. tonight to vote at their assigned precinct in the Presidential primary.

    Tonight's votes will assign and select the party's delegates at the Republican National Convention later this summer. Since the Florida Democratic Party only nominated President Joe Biden, registered Democrats, third-party members or registered independents do not have a presidential primary this year.

    They candidates are, alphabetically:

    Pastor and businessman Ryan Binkley;
    North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum;
    Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie;
    Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis;
    Former ambassador and South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley;
    Former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson;
    Entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy;
    Former President Donald Trump

    Voters in Arizona, Illinois, Kansas and Ohio also vote in their primaries today.
