Poinciana Christian Church (3181 Pleasant Hill Road), presents their annual Drive-Thru Christmas Story Dec. 2-3 from 6-8:30 p.m. Journey to Bethlehem with this drive-thru re-creation of the Christmas Story. Featuring live animals and actors, guests can tune into a radio station and enjoy a journey to Bethlehem from the comfort of their vehicle.
Laurel Elementary School presents it inaugural Holiday Bazaar on Saturday, Dec. 9 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. They are currently looking for vendors. The Osceola Chamber is an association of business people whose goal is to improve the business community while improving and making companies more profitable. The next Osceola Chamber’s Osceola Roundup will be hosted by the Poinciana Council. The Poinciana Council operates under the umbrella of the Osceola Chamber. This Fall Roundup will be at Bogey Creek Airboat Adventures, 12001 E. Southport Rd. on Thursday, Nov. 30 from 4-6 p.m. Enjoy networking, a reception, the Butterfly Pavilion and more. Online registration is now open for Poinciana Hoops Basketball. Now in its 18th season, this league is for boys and girls ages 5-17. The $150 fee ($25 late fee after Monday, Dec. 31) includes a jersey. Draft day is Saturday, Jan. 13, 2024 with the first game on Saturday, Feb. 3 (practice and game courts TBA).
