It's back! Osceola Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller Kelvin Soto and his department have released the second edition of Osceola on the Rise, an annual financial report for Osceola County.
In short, it's summary of the financial information presented in the Osceola County Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). Included among the 56 pages of information is a snapshot of Osceola County's leadership, corporate statistics, its financial, revenue and expenditure positions, anticipated debt (hint, bond debt is decreasing), court and courthouse operational statistics and educational, health, transportation services and recreational facilities. It's all in the name of serving the county's rapidly growing and diverse community.
New to this edition are little sidebars, called "Helpful Chirps," designed to provide insights into the PAFR presented by "Mocki," the mockingbird from the office’s seal.
"We take immense pride in presenting not only our financial report but also our Community Services Guide. Our ethos is rooted in integrity, accountability, and profound social responsibility," Clerk & Comptroller Soto said. "This comprehensive document embodies our dedication to transparent financial practices and our passion for delivering valuable information to our community."
