State drops lewd and lascivious charges in March Osceola arrest
The office of State Attorney Monique Worrell has dropped charges against a man who was accused of inappropriately touching two minors.
In March, Aaron Meehan, 40, was arrested and charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious acts on a minor ages 12-16. He returned from a work contract in Alaska and was arrested at Orlando International Airport.
In May, Assistant State Attorney Kelly Hicks noted to the court, “From the investigation which has been made, it is the opinion that this case is not suitable for prosecution.”
“I didn’t do it. That’s what I said to the media when I was walking out,” Meehan said on The Carl Jackson Podcast.
