After Osceola County's tourism industry's successful rebound from the COVID-19 pandemic effects, Experience Kissimmee, Osceola's tourism marketing arm, collected over $76 million in Tourist Development Taxes in fiscal year 2021-22, the highest yearly total ever in Osceola County history.
To recognize that success, EK has made a one-time added charitable contribution to seven local organizations supported through its contractual obligations, for a grand total on $577,455. The presentation was made at the Board of Directors meeting on Thursday, April 27.
The breakdown of the organizations and the donation:

Osceola Center for the Arts, $222,242
Osceola Chamber and Saint Cloud Chamber, $6,012 each
Silver Spurs Riding Club, $95,194
