Oscola Arts production of “Steel Magnolias” opens Friday, April 21, at 7:30 pm at the Osceola Arts Center (2411 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee.) Join the cast at Truvy’s Louisiana beauty salon as they engage in hilarious banter, amusing rumors and unsolicited advice. The show runs Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons through May 7.
The Osceola Heritage Park is hosting an Osceola County Hiring Event on Friday, April 21 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Interviews will be held at the event. Bring your license and social security card. According to officials, a wide variety of open positions are sought to be filled, from maintenance workers to engineers to nurses.
The Orlando City Soccer Club’s B team will play the New York City Red Bulls second squad at Osceola County Stadium in Kissimmee on Sunday, April 23 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15 and parking is free.
