As of 9 a.m. Monday, early voting is open for the Nov. 8 general election at nine sites around Osceola County, including the main office of the Supervisor of Elections. Voters may visit ANY of these sites to cast a ballot.
To vote, registered voters must bring current, valid photo identification with a current signature. (Those who do not or cannot will be able to vote a provisional ballot that will become official once the signature is verified.)
These locations will be open for voting from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily though Sunday, Nov. 6. The webpage https://www.voteosceola.com/How-to-Vote/Vote-Early will show the wait times at each location.
Mail-in ballot voters: If you registered for, and received, a vote-by-mail ballot, keep in mind it must be received (not just postmarked) by 7 p.m. on Nov. 8 to be counted in the election. Those who received their ballot by mail who want to vote in person must surrender the ballot at a polling place to be able to do so.
Election Day voters: Those who vote on Nov. 8 must do so at the polling place noted on their voter registration cards, based on their registered address. (More information will come on that as we get closer to Election Day.)
