Making a rumble to Osceola Heritage Park this coming weekend is the inaugural IMPACT Wrestling Citrus Brawl.
Kissimmee will be hosting back-to-back nights of pro wrestling Friday and Saturday that promoters hope will not disappoint.
IMPACT Wrestling, based in Nashville, Tenn., makes its way back to the sunshine state in Kissimmee. Ross Forman, the head of media relations for IMPACT Wrestling said, IMPACT is expanding into the Osceola community after many other evens in Central Florida.
“We are happy that Central Florida has been so welcoming over the years,” Forman said. “There is no rhyme or reason, it’s just that we enjoy what Central Florida offers us and Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee is our next step in expanding in the market. It is apparent that Osceola Heritage Park brings much entertainment to our community and IMPACT will be a continuing event that contributes to that.”
The Circus Brawl is bringing on two actionpack divisions, X-Division, with World Champion Josh Alexander (signature move: the C4 Spike, which he used to defeat Tomohiro Ishii for the championship last week) and the Knockouts Division and its champion Tasha Steelz (signature move: Okurrr).
Stars of IMPACT Wrestling have big plans with the expansion into Osceola County.
“I want to put our wrestling back on the map.” Josh Alexander said. “I’m grateful for my wife and kids. I work hard and embrace this lifestyle to make them proud.”
