WEDNESDAY UPDATE: Investigators have released the IDs of the three people found dead Tuesday.
Laua Jean Tedder, 57, and her son Walter Sterling Tedder, 21, were among the slain. Michel Beaubein Jr., 60, is listed as the suspect.
FROM TUESDAY NIGHT: Osceola County Sheriff’s deputies discovered three people dead in a home in a St. Cloud RV park Tuesday, Sheriff Marcos Lopez said.
A female and two males – suspected to be the woman’s boyfriend and her son – were found in a home on Troy Court in the Sandalwood Mobile Home park, on Boggy Creek Road just west of Narcoossee Road.
Sheriff Marcos Lopez said that around 2:30 p.m., police received a call from the grandmother of the youngest victim, who said she went to check on him because she hadn’t heard from him recently. When deputies responded, they found the two additional bodies. No weapon was found.
Due to condition of bodies, Lopez said could not identify the deceased. He did say the man and woman appeared to be “possibly early 40s” and the son was “around 20”, and there had been no previous reports of DV there.
“It’s possible (the bodies) could have been there for a couple of days,” the sheriff said. “The boyfriend had only been living there since August, so we don’t have a lot of information on him.”
Based on the evidence, the Sheriff’s Office is treating this as a murder suicide, but the investigation is still in its early stages, and the Medical Examiner is working to officially identify the victims and give a cause of death.
