A St. Cloud man was arrested Tuesday as Osceola County Sheriff's deputies
Jesse Lee Larsen, 21, was charged with three counts of possession of photo/video of sexual performance by a child and unlawful use of a two-way communication device. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail with no bond.
According to an Osceola County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson, the agency was notified by the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) of an incident regarding an individual utilizing social media to download child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Detectives with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit began an investigation into the incident.
On Tuesday, ICAC agents served a residential search warrant at the suspect's residence located off South Kaliga Drive in St. Cloud. During the execution of the search warrant, deputies say Larsen was contacted and interviewed on scene. In addition, several electronics were located belonging to Larsen. Through investigation and interviews, probable cause was established to make the arrest.
