Ramp and road closures around State Road 417, starting Sunday night

Someone of the routes drivers may use around State Road 417 to move from Osceola into Orange County to reach or return from Orlando International Airport or other Orlando points will close during some overnight hours, starting Sunday night.

The closures are associated with the 417 widening and improvement project from International Drive to State Road 528 (the Beachline Expressway), which will be fully complete late in 2023.

The closures are:

Sunday night from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.: Northbound and southbound Boggy Creek Road under SR 417, for bridge work. Northbound drivers will be directed onto Lake
Nona Boulevard and southbound drivers will be directed onto J Lawson Boulevard.

Monday night from 9 p/m to 5 a.m.: Northbound and southbound John Young Parkway under SR 417, for bridge work. Northbound drivers will be directed onto Town Center Boulevard and southbound drivers will be directed onto Town Loop Boulevard.

Monday through Thursday from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.: The ramps from Boggy Creek Road and Jeff Fuqua Boulevard to northbound SR 417, for road work. Drivers will be directed to head south to Lake Nona Boulevard and follow the detour signs.
