The Osceola County Sheriff's Office is searching for a registered sex offender who cut off his ankle monitor and is now on the loose.
Jarel William Hurley, 35, "absconded" just before noon on Tuesday, the OCSO reported. He was last seen in the area of Thacker Avenue, headed west on Vine Street in Kissimmee. He was wearing a light blue tee shirt with black trim, jean shorts, ankle socks and sneakers. His right and left arms are full sleeve tattoos, he has musical notes behind his ear, on the fingers of his left hand are the letters “F-A-M-E” and on
the fingers of his right hand are the letters “5-F-P-D.”
A warrant is now being sought for his arrest in reference to Tampering with a Monitoring Device as well as Violation of Probation.
