Of the 2,966 listed Kissimmee Utility Authority power outages as of 6:30 p.m. Thursday, approximately 2,400 will experience extended outages due to catastrophic flooding, the utility said. KUA crews cannot restore power until flood waters recede in:

· North Central Avenue
Parks and Recreation: City of Kissimmee administrative offices will be closed until Monday, so parks and recreational facilities will remain closed throughout the weekend.
Curfew: Mandatory curfew begins tonight (Thursday) from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., and it will remain in place until further notice. There will be no solid waste on Friday; a normal collection schedule will resume on Monday.
