The Kissimmee Police Department need your help in finding this suspect. He was seen loitering at a business off North John Young Parkway and throwing a cinder block through a window. If you know the whereabouts of this person, your asked to contact KPD. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans.
