Kissimmee offering roof replacement program

The city of Kissimmee has a program to assist with replacing damaged roofs.
The city will pay up to a maximum of $12,000 in the form of a five year deferred forgivable loan at a zero percent interest.  The loan does not need to be repaid as the homeowner continues to occupy the residence.
In order to qualify, all homes must be located within the city limits.  They must be owner occupied and owned with fee simple title.  All mortgages, taxes, and special assessments must be current and paid. The property assisted must be free of liens and judgements. The household must meet the income requirements for the program.
