To fill a need, one must first identify that need so that it can be filled.
Our community is growing quickly and so are the needs of those who live here.
Here’s where you come in, Osceola County residents.
The Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) is an effort to gauge the needs of Osceola County residents. This effort includes a survey which helps gauge the public’s opinion on various issues including access to healthcare, food insecurity, transportation, housing and so many other issues facing our community’s most vulnerable.
The survey, available in multiple languages, assists in updating Osceola County’s Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), which is managed by the Osceola Chamber and supported by the Osceola County Health Department. The survey gives residents the opportunity to provide feedback on many quality-of-life issues. The data also helps to inform the strategic plans of local agencies and non-profits throughout Osceola County.
All Osceola County residents are encouraged to complete the survey by going to: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/cfcsurvey, taking the 10-minute survey, and sharing it with others. The survey deadline is Sept. 15. Responses are confidential, and to thank those who fill out the survey for their time, all those who complete it and provide contact information will be entered to win one of 10 $50 gift cards.
Now is your opportunity to provide your input and help shape Osceola County’s response to the needs of our community!
