The Light the World Giving Machine, a giving-focused vending machine sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, raised over $160,000 for local and global charities during the last holiday season, church leaders reported.

While the closest one was at the Altamonte Mall, Sam Haught, the media representative for the Central Florida Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which includes Osceola County, has said local organizers are actively seeking space to bring a Giving Machine to Osceola.

LDS Church leaders presented a check at Monday’s Orlando Magic game at the Kia Center.

“True Health is honored to be included in the generous Light the World Giving Machine program. All donations received go toward essential healthcare services and resources for adults, children, seniors, and pregnant women we serve who are living below the federal poverty level.” said Janelle Dunn, CEO of True Health.
