Local government celebrated the start of Hispanic Heritage Month, which runs from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15, with events that honor the rich cultural contributions of our Hispanic community. The City of Kissimmee (Sept. 16) and Osceola County (Sept. 18) offered free events that featured art, dance, music and food with the flavor and sound that celebrate and uplift Hispanic heritage, culture, and identity within our community.
