The City of Kissimmee, on the day of its “birthday”, threw the free Kowtown Festival party at the Kissimmee lakefront on Saturday, featuring live music, assorted food trucks, bounce houses and many other activities for the whole family to enjoy. And, of course, what would a birthday party be without birthday cake?
