A Hero For Kids is a local 501(c)3 dedicated to working to making the community a better place for all by providing children what they need for school and to have happy holidays, and recognizing other “heroes” for their local contributions.
The organization did that Saturday at the fourth annual Christmas 4 The Kids event, a drive-up event that provided presents and Christmas wishes for, this year, 128 local families and nearly 400 children.
The event was made possible with the help of local businesses, a caring community and tireless volunteers.
