On May 4th at Kissimmee City Hall, the Foster Youth Connection, a local nonprofit held an event to bring awareness to the needs of foster children in Osceola County. The event was a way to inform the public how they can foster, adopt or help the foster children. The organization was established by Evangelist Rupert Henry.
