From the folks who have brought you the “Halloween Scare-a-monies,” the Osceola Clerk of the Circuit Court & County Comptroller Kelvin Soto’s marriage team has now transformed its Ceremony Room into a Winter Wonderland for couples getting married this season.
Through Jan. 31, couples can get “Winter WonderWed” at the Osceola County Courthouse, and have their wedding ceremony in a winter theme, no matter what the weather’s like outside.
“Couples will be immersed in “snowy” surroundings with a festive celebration tree and delightfully decorated archway. In addition to winter-0themed photo opportunities, couples getting married during this time will also receive a complimentary decorative certificate to commemorate their cherished Winter Wonder-Wedding,” a release from the office stated.

This comes following news that the Clerk & Comptroller’s office saved some 67 constituents more than $3,000 by waiving the Clerk’s service and photo fees for passport photo services and waiving the $35 processing fee for each new U.S. passport application in the month of November. That coincided with Veterans Day (Nov. 11), During the month, veterans and active-duty service members and their accompanying family members were offered the services for free.
