When Osceola County announced the Osceola Prosper program -- a county-funded way for local members of the Class of '22 to attending Valencia College or Osceola Technical College for free thanks to federal funds -- the response was swift.
And, now to get ready for the transition to college life, Valencia College will hold Fast Track Open House events this week at the Lake Nona and Osceola campuses.
Much like one held Wednesday at the Poinciana campus, events will be held Tuesday (July 26) from 4-7 p.m. at Lake Nona (12350 Narcoossee Road, just south of Lake Nona Middle School) and Thursday (July 28) from 4:30-7:30 p.m. at the Osceola campus (1800 Denn John Lane).
Students attending this events will have access to campus resources, such as help with enrollment, class registration, financial aid and answers to any other questions. Students who've registered for Fall classes can enter to win Apple products, the school shared last week.
Fall classes begin Aug. 22.
