Toho Water Authority has returned to its line flushing operations of water lines in St. Cloud to improve water pressure and clarity, which will return once flushing operations in the area are completed.
This week, the operations will occur in the triangle formed by U.S. Highway 192, Neptune Road and Old Canoe Creek Road, which includes a number of shopping areas, schools, businesses and offices.
