Come say Hola this evening! Hola in the City takes place Thursday, Nov. 16, 5-8 p.m. at St. Cloud City Hall, in collaboration with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando. The City invites all for a fun event celebrating Hispanic heritage. This event features arts, culture, Hispanic cuisine and more.

The 4th Annual Kenansville Cowboy Christmas is happening this Saturday, Nov. 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Kenansville Silver Spurs Arena (598 1st Ave. in Kenansville). Enjoy live music, antique and vintage finds, all natural products, local crafters, woodwork, hand crafted products, baked goods, local honey, leather works, cow whips, handmade ornaments and more. This year’s food trucks include B&Bs Rollin Smoke BBQ, Los Pinches tacos, Evelyn’s Empanadas, Kona Ice, Spud Stud Baked Potatoes, Papa Joes Catering “The Hot Dog Guy” and Freshly Squeezed Lemonade Stand. A visit from Santa is expected!

On Sunday, Nov. 19 from 1-5 p.m. get ready to Jingle and Mingle. Join in this annual festive holiday shopping event. There will be wine and cheese, live music, shopping, and more. Some of the city’s favorite shops will be participating including The Paisley Boutique, D+K Renewal, The Stained Glass Lady, Fast Break Trading Cards and Memorabilia, Sweet Spot Snowballs, EastRow Market, Envision Mobile Bar, Branch + Bloom, Blooming Beauty, Helen & Henry, Serendipity– Books & Crystals, Branded Sisters, Baker Brand, Kiki Doll and Windy City Chaos. Additional vendors will be in the area. This event is hosted by Central Florida Fine Interiors, 1200 Georgia Ave.

The City of St. Cloud is sponsoring a Thanksgiving Food Drive at the Chris Lyle Aquatic Center and is looking for the following items: boxes of stuffing, yams, mini marshmallows, jars of turkey gravy, boxes of mash potatoes, canned cranberries, canned green beans, canned corn, corn muffin mix and brown sugar. Items will be collected until Friday.

On Saturday, the City hosts its Community Thanksgiving Celebration at the St. Cloud Community Center. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. City representatives will serve a traditional holiday meal. This event is free to the public. If you are able, bring a covered dish or dessert to share. Non-perishable food items will be accepted to donate to the St. Cloud Community Pantry. The Turkey Trot “Homeschool Edition” takes place on Friday at 11 a.m. at Hopkins Park, 620 E. 17th St. This activity is for ages 5-14 and includes relays, games, food and fun. The fee is $10 per participant. To register, go to https://webtrac.stcloudfl. gov or call, 407-957-7243.

The City of St. Cloud hosts the Annual Walk in the Stones on Saturday, Nov. 18 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Mount Peace Cemetery, 775 10th St. This is a free outdoor walking museum where you will learn about the artifacts and relics of St. Cloud’s history. Historian-led walking tours begin at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. For more information, call 407-957-7243.

Superior Rentals and Retail will hold a Fall Craft Show and Vendor Extravaganza on Sunday, Nov. 19 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 3223 13th St. Proceeds will benefit One Heart for Women and Children, supporting domestic violence assistance. Interested vendors, call 407-556-3830.
