If you aren’t busy with friends or family this holiday season, the City of St. Cloud and other community partners can certainly help!

Light up the Park takes place Dec. 15-17 from 6-9 p.m. nightly at Peghorn Park, 2101 Peghorn Way. Enjoy the season with Peghorn Park brilliantly lit up with Christmas lights. The $10 per person fee (2 years old and under free) includes admission, hot chocolate, cookies, crafts, movies, games, bounce houses and music. Vendors and food trucks will be onsite. Tickets are available at the gate or online at www. webtrac.stcloudfl.gov.

The St. Cloud Woman’s Heritage Museum presents Breakfast with Santa on Saturday, Dec. 16 from 9:30 a.m. to noon at the St. Cloud Community Center. The cost is $15 per child. For reservations, contact Olive Horning at ohorning@aol.com or call 407-414-2682.

One Night in Bethlehem, presented by St. Cloud Church of the Nazarene (751 19th St.) will be on Saturday, Dec. 16 at 5:30 p.m. This is a free drive-thru experience recreating the night Christ was born. A narrative is available to download while enjoying this drivethru Bethlehem. The event will also have a costumed cast and live animals. A hay-ride option is available. If you are interested in a hay-ride, park your vehicle at Michigan Avenue Elementary School. The Church will pick you up and return you to your vehicle. For more information, call 407-892-8184.

A Hero for Kids will host free pictures with Santa on Tuesday, Dec. 19th from 12-2 p.m. at Staples. 4058 13th St. Bring your phone or camera to capture a memory. Harmony’s Christmas in the Square, a holiday market with DJ and games, face painting, balloon twists, crafts, food trucks and photos with Santa takes place on Sunday, Dec. 17 from 2-5 p.m. Harmony Town Square is located at 3500 Harmony Square Dr. West.

The City of St. Cloud invites you to join them for a Christmas Dinner Social on Friday, Dec. 22 from 6-9 p.m. at the St. Cloud Civic Center, 3001 17th St. The cost is $30 per person and includes dinner, music and fun. Double C Bar Ranch, 4200 N. Canoe Creek Road in Kenansville, presents a Berry Merry Christmas on Saturday, Dec. 23 from 3:30-8:30 p.m. Enjoy oak fired grilled burgers, fries, hot dogs, chips, popcorn, candy and drinks. Face painting and Santa will be onsite. Enjoy the movie Elf at 5:30 p.m. After the movie, p.m. make smores at the fire pits. Admission is $10 (Santa, movie and fire pits included in the admission price). Children 2 and under are free. The Young Entrepreneur Market happens on Sunday, Dec. 17 from 1-5 p.m. This is a market for young artists and creators (ages 5 to 25). The market will be held at 1200 Georgia Ave. Interested vendors fee is $20 and includes a shirt to be worn the day of the event.

The City of St. Cloud presents Winter Day Camps Dec. 18-22 and Dec. 27-29 at the St. Cloud Civic Center, 3001 17th St. The camp hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and is for children ages 5-12. The cost is $100 per child per week or $30 per day for a City of St. Cloud resident and $110 per child per week or $40 per day for a non-resident. For more information, call 407-957-7143.

And if the kids are looking for more to do while school’s out, Winter Break Basketball Training will be held Dec. 18-22 at the St. Cloud Civic Center. Cost is $95 for the week and includes a t-shirt. Times are as follows: grade K-5, 10:30-11:30 a.m.; grades 6-8, 12-1 p.m.; grade 9-12. 1:30-2:30 p.m. Professional Basketball Consultant Sean Mills will be conducting the camp. “Let’s Kick It” Kickball league registration is now open until Wednesday, Dec. 20. The fee is $50 per player. Must be 18 years or older to play. Games begin Jan. 5 at the Civic Center ball fields, 3001 17th St. For more information, call 407-957-7243.
