St. Cloud — It’s time for ¡Hola at the Park!

Come say “¡Hola” at the Park! Presented by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando and Orlando Health, this family-oriented community event features with arts, culture, Hispanic cuisine, community service and marketplace business expo will be held on Saturday at St. Cloud Lakefront Park, starting at 11 a.m.

¡Hola at The Park is a day full of experiences, where attendees will have the opportunity to connect with over 80 local business vendors, as well as experience a Hispanic-influenced kids’ zone with games, unique cultural activities, dance, and folklore, and the opportunity to navigate through a sensory art experience. There will also be Hispanic cuisine, live music, fun and entertainment throughout the day.

A free bus shuttle is available (look for a MEARS Mini Bus with a Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Metro Orlando logo). Last shuttle pickup at the first location is 5:15 p.m. and circulates between the main entrance, First United Methodist Church, St. Cloud Presbyterian Church and the St. Cloud Community House.

 

Inspiration Junior School (2030 Old Hickory Tree Road) will present its Annual Fall Festival on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Families are invited for a free day of fun. There will be games, face painting, sensory activities, animals, hay rides and more.

 

Harmony's Halloween Market will be held Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Harmony Town Square (3500 Harmony Square Drive West). The Halloween-themed market will feature a DJ, costume contest and kids Halloween crafts as well as Trick or Treating at each booth. Booths include baked goods, crafts, woodwork, art, pet products, body care, candles, nutrition, customized items and more. Food trucks will be onsite.

There still may be vendor spots available. Vendor fee is $25 plus candy to pass out for Trick or Treaters. For vendor information, call or text 407-709-0187.

 

Vendor spots are still available for next week’s Trunk or Treat at Hopkins Park (620 E. 17th St.) on Oct. 29 from 10 a.m. to noon. Vendors arrive at 9 a.m. and decorate their vehicle, dress in costume and join the fun. Trunk or Treat is an opportunity to advertise your organization or upcoming event while giving out candy and prizes to children.

Also on Oct. 29, experience some of your favorite horror icons at Hickory Hollow Haunt, a horror-fest located at 2375 Oak Wind Court. The fun continues on Oct. 31 at dusk. The 29th is recommended for ages 13 and up as it is “super-scary.” The 31st is suitable for all ages. Admission is free.
