The Osceola County School District Grants Management is bringing its RISE Up Osceola Bus to branches of the Osceola Library System. This renovated yellow school bus has been transformed into a mini pre-K classroom. The RISE Up Bus is filled with resources and hands-on activities that help parents and families of preschoolers build literacy skills. The Bus will be at the Poinciana Library (101 N. Doverplum Ave.) on Mondays.
Future Legends Youth Baseball is gearing up for the Spring 2026 season. Registration is now open. This league is for ages T-ball to U-16. Registration fee is $175. Youth football season is also about to begin. The Poinciana Predators Football and Cheerleading is for children ages 4-6 (flag) and 7-14 (tackle), with cheerleading for ages 4-14. Conditioning starts in March. Practices are held at Vance Harmon Park. For more information, call Jeff at 689-208-6434.
The Association of Poinciana Villages (APV) invites you as they celebrate the homeowners who make our community shine at the 10th Annual Poinciana Beautiful Awards Gala 2026. Winners of this award will be recognized on Saturday, Jan. 31 at the Poinciana Community Ballroom, 445 Marigold Ave. at 7 p.m. This elegant evening honors outstanding homes, landscaping and community pride throughout Poinciana. One home from each Village will be given the title of Poinciana’s Most Beautiful Home with awards, prizes and appreciation. This year’s theme is Victorian Ballroom, reflecting the elegance of the 1800’s era. The evening will include live music and dancing, a cash bar and finger food served throughout the evening. Attendance is by reservation only (21 years old and up).
Gala reservations are now closed, but there is a waiting list. This registration is for the Gala wait list only, call 863-427-9000 ext. 501 or ext. 503. Attendance is limited to deeded homeowners of Poinciana and each homeowner is allowed to bring one guest.
