Osceola Community Health Services has formed a new partnership with OneBlood to help increase blood donations in our community. Back to School Physical Day at Osceola Community Health Poinciana will be on Wednesday, June 25 from 2:45-7 p.m. Schedule an appointment by calling 407-943-8600. The first 15 patients will receive a free backpack. School physicals are $25 and sports physicals are $30.

The Polk County Library Cooperation (PCLC) will have its Bookmobile on Friday, June 20 from 2:30-4:30 p.m. onsite at the Poinciana Community Center (445 Marigold Ave.) Get a free library card, check out books and DVDs.

It’s a party – a Pajama Party! Pajama Party Bingo Night on Friday, June 20 at the Poinciana Community Center. Doors open at 6 p.m. with the first ball picked at 7 p.m.
Genovera Polanco will be your hostess for your night of fun. 10 games are $5, cash payouts, jackpot game and Bingo supplies for purchase. The concession stand will be open.
Are the kids bored yet? If so, there is a summer kids camp at the Mary Jane Arrington Gym and Aquatic Center that runs Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for children ages 5-12 years old. The cost is $600 per month, per child, $550 per month if they are siblings. The camp will have basketball and other sports, crafting, music, dance, karaoke and outdoor activities. TDP Church Poinciana (4475 Reaves Road) is holding a summer block party on Saturday, June 28 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This free event will have food, games, music, giveaways and more. OneBlood’s Big Red Bus will also be on-site.
