Federico Chaffardett

Federico Chaffardett’s path to success is a story of determination, discipline, and service. Born and raised in Venezuela, he began working in construction at an early age while pursuing his degree in Civil Engineering. Starting as a laborer mixing concrete and laying pipes, he advanced through every stage of the trade, gaining hands-on experience that shaped his understanding of how infrastructure truly supports communities.

After completing his civil engineering studies in Venezuela, Federico pursued advanced education in Building Technology in Colombia, focusing on structural design, hydraulics, geotechnical engineering, and sustainable construction methods. His engineering credentials were later evaluated and validated in the United States by Educational Credential Evaluators (ECE.org), confirming their full equivalency to a U.S. bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

A Multi-Licensed Contractor Serving Florida

Now based in St. Cloud, Florida, Federico is a multi-licensed contractor recognized for his technical expertise and leadership in the construction industry. He holds four active State of Florida licenses:

This unique combination allows him to manage complete residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects under a single direction—ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency. As founder of Blessed Solutions US LLC and ALFE LLC, Federico leads multidisciplinary teams specializing in construction, plumbing, HVAC systems, and roofing throughout Central Florida.

“I believe responsible construction means building with purpose—homes and infrastructure that truly improve people’s lives,” says Chaffardett.

His work demonstrates a consistent commitment to quality, safety, and long-term community value.

Each project demonstrates his dedication to resilient design, compliance with Florida Building Code, and the use of sustainable materials and systems that reduce environmental impact.

“Every home, every project is an opportunity to make a difference,” he says. “Construction is not just about buildings—it’s about people, safety, and the future we create for our communities.”

A Vision for Florida’s Growth

With over a decade of professional experience, Federico continues to combine his civil engineering background with his multi-trade expertise to strengthen Florida’s housing and infrastructure. His mission is to promote affordable, efficient, and hurricane-resistant construction, while training and employing skilled workers who share his vision for progress.
