The Downtown Business Association of Kissimmee, Inc.,  founded in 1967, has elected officers and directors to serve for the year 2011-2012.  John Fields, Attorney at Law was re-elected President/Director, Sharon Lanier, of Lanier's Historic Downtown Marketplace was elected President-Elect/Director, Jean Cunningham, of Cunningham's Inc., was re-elected Treasurer/Director, Karen Wade, of  A Fresh Start Consulting, LLC, was elected Secretary/Director, and  William Spinola , of Kissimmee Ghost Tours, Lee Herr, of Echoes of Yesterday, and Tom Lanier, of Lanier Family Partnership, were each elected Directors.

The DBA , through a united effort, promotes business and the interests of all business persons while encouraging practices and policies that benefit both businesses and their customers.  The members of the DBA recognize that each business, in our business community, benefits greatly from the success of the other businesses in our Historic Downtown Neighborhood, and they are very thankful that success is contagious.
