Above, the first floor of the restored Bryan Street House in downtown Kissimmee is not only the new home of the Kissimmee Community Redevelopment Agency, but is a museum staged with items dating back to the early 1900s. Visitors are welcome to tour the museum, run by the Osceola County Historical Society, and are given the opportunity to donate money to keep certain items on display in the museum permanently. To donate, contact the Osceola County Historical Society at 407-396-8644. At right, hundreds of people gathered  outside at the restored Bryan Street House March 17 for the grand opening and a short ceremony. Burkhardt Construction sponsored a barebcue in celebration of its completion.

Hello from Philly,
I grew up in Kissimmee and as a child I played games and explored every inch of the Bryan Street House. I can't wait until I visit my Mum, Bonnie Jean Johnston on July 4th. I look forward to revisiting the memories spent there with my 5 siblings, Mum and Father Ray.
It means so much to have the house restored and shared with others. Thank you, Kissimmee and all involved! Chris
