Police are seeking a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash Wednesday night on John Young Parkway near Sand Lake Road in Orlando that killed a man.

The unidentified man was killed after two vehicles, including one driven by Kissimmee resident Jacqueline Zuniga, hit him while was he was jaywalking, Florida Highway Patrol reports stated.

The man, according to the report, was walking in an easterly direction across the southbound lanes of John Young Parkway, just south of Sand Lake Road.

According to the report, Zuniga, 23, was driving south on John Young Parkway when the unidentified man stepped out in front of her 1996 Chevrolet Lumina. Troopers said the man violated Zuniga’s right of way.

After the accident, a vehicle described by witnesses as a sport utility vehicle struck the man as he lay in the middle of the road and then fled the scene.

Zuniga was not injured in the crash.

The color of the SUV and a description of its driver were not available.

The crash remains under investigation.
