Osceola County Sheriff’s Office detectives have arrested Mark Tousignant, 37, of 3834 W. Vine St., Kissimmee, and charged him with 30 counts of possession of child pornography.
The investigation began when detectives were investigating Tousignant’s roommate, David Joseph, who was arrested Jan. 14 for lewd and lascivious conduct. Based on information detectives gathered during that initial investigation, a search warrant was issued for the residence at 2008 Royal Bay Blvd., in Kissimmee and also for Tousignant’s vehicle. Tousignant was brought in for questioning and cooperated with detectives.
Authorities in their investigation collected a computer from the suspect’s bedroom that contained approximately 30 child pornography images. Based on the information and evidence, Tousignant was arrested Jan. 19 and booked into the Osceola County Jail without bond.
