Osceola County Sheriff’s Office deputies have arrested and charged Christopher Scott Jones, 15, of 466 Acacia Tree Way, Poinciana, with home invasion. 
At approximately 2:52 p.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to 516 Delido Way in Kissimmee and upon arrival spoke with the victim, who said he was waiting for his friend to come over when he heard a loud knock at the door. When he answered the door, Jones pushed his way into the residence armed with a black handgun.
According to the police report, Jones attempted to take the victim’s laptop and began shooting at the victim. The suspect left the residence, but was located at 552 Oak Branch Circle in Kissimmee. He was arrested and charged with home invasion, aggravated battery, residential burglary and petit theft. Jones was booked into the Osceola County Juvenile Detention Center.
