Osceola County Sheriff's Office detectives continued to look for a man who robbed a Dollar Zone Plus store May 12 at press time Friday and are asking for the public's help in identifying him.

An employee at the 1018 Buenaventura Blvd. store told deputies an unknown male armed with a gun demanded and was given money. The suspect fled the business in a Honda Civic.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male wearing a yellow polo shirt, a white undershirt, blue jeans, dark sunglasses and a black baseball cap. The vehicle was described as a newer model, four-door, black Honda Civic with dark tinted windows, an after-market spoiler on the trunk and a loud exhaust. It was last seen traveling south on Buenaventura Boulevard.

Anyone with information on the suspect or crime can contact the Sheriff's Office at 407-348-2222 or anonymously through Crimeline at 800-423-TIPS.

Good luck catching him with that description. That describes about 95% of the population in that area. Unless you look for a really stupid looking Hispanic. Imagine that, robbing a dollar store of all places. Wonder how much he got from that.
