Osceola County Sheriff's Office detectives need the public's help in identifying an aggravated battery suspect. 

The investigation began on Jan. 21 at approximately 11:30 p.m., when deputies responded to the area of Buttonwood Drive in Kissimmee in reference to an aggravated battery with a motor vehicle.

The two victims told deputies they were involved in a verbal dispute with an unknown male at 7-Eleven at 1101 Buena Ventura Bvld. in Kissimmee.  The victims attempted to avoid any potential problems by leaving the 7-Eleven in their vehicle.  As they turned onto Buttonwood Drive from Buena Ventura Boulevard, they noticed a vehicle following them very closely.  The vehicle then drove around them and cut them off.  They exited their vehicle, at which time the suspect vehicle intentionally ran them down and fled the scene.  Both victims identified the driver of the suspect vehicle to be the same individual from the 7-Eleven.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall with short black hair, a goatee, wearing a black jacket, light colored shirt, blue jeans and brown boots, possibly Timberlands.  The suspect vehicle was identified as a 1997-99 Nissan Maxima, possibly charcoal colored.
