JONES - Nanci Veblen Jones, 56, of Celebration, passed away Saturday, June 16, 2012.

MASLANKA - Violet Jean Maslanka, age 85, of Cypress Lane Kissimmee, Florida 34746 died Tuesday, June 12 in her home of natural causes.  She was born in Ploc, Poland, and she was raised in Uniontown, PA, and she moved to Kissimmee, FL in 1977. She was a registered nurse and co-owner of Modern Day Furniture in Intercession City, FL.
She is survived by her sons, Anthony Jr., Timothy W., Thomas F. and Todd M. Maslanka, 5 grandchildren, Tommy, Johnny and Alana Maslanka (children of Thomas and Beata Maslanka) and Zachary and Shelby Maslanka (children of Todd & Danielle Maslanka) and one Grandchild, Jordan Michael Maslanka son of Tommy and Yessenia Maslanka.
Private Memorial Services will be held at later date at Osceola Memory Gardens Cemetery.  Services under the direction of Osceola Memory Gardens Cemetery, Funeral Home and Crematory 1717 Old Boggy Creek Road, Kissimmee, Florida.  407-847-2494.

McCRIMON - Mary E. (Ms. Baby) Johnson McCrimon (87) passed away Saturday, June 16, 2012, Mary was born April 9, 1925 in Olrando, FL to the late Sam and Alberta Johnson. She was the only daughter of 3 children. Ms. Baby was raised in Kissimmee, FL by her grandparents Jeff and Lizzie Holland. She attended Kissimmee High and graduated from Eustis High School. Ms. Baby married her first husband Mr. Leroy Hooker there union resulting in a son. Ms. Baby later met and married Mr. Theoda McCrimon in August of 1952. There union resulting in 9 children. Ms. Baby was a loving wife, mother, Grandmother and Great grandmother who will be dearly missed.
Ms. Baby was proceeded in death by her 1st husband Mr. Leroy Hooker; Son Ralph McCrimon; daughters Tiny McCrimon & Mary (Tootsie) McCrimon. Ms. Baby is survived by her husband of 60 years Mr. Theoda McCrimon, Sons; James Hooker, Theoda (Butch) McCrimon JR, Zettie McCrimon, Paul McCrimon, Jimmy McCrimon & Gene McCrimon; Daughters, Maryann McCrimon & Ola Gray; 21 Grandchildren & 32 Great Grandchildren. The family will be holding a viewing Friday, June 22, 2012 6:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m. at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church 400 E. Colombia Ave. Kissimmee, FL 34744 with a funeral service to follow Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church.

 

 

MyshrallMYSHRALL - Wendy Sue Myshrall, 57, of St. Cloud, Florida went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 19th, 2012, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Wendy was born in Orlando, Florida on December 14, 1954, the daughter of Burton Wheeler and Doris (Fox) Revels She worked for Orange County Animal Services as Project Manager. Wendy is survived by her loving husband Michael  Myshrall of St. Cloud; two daughters, Stacie Tully (Jeff) of Nashua, NH; and Christine Myshrall (Jason) of St. Cloud; two sons Dennis Tully (Tabitha) of Fort Leonardwood, MO; and Robert Tully also of Fort Leonardwood, MO; 10 grandchildren:  Michael, Damien, Jasmine, Saya, Xavier, Alexander, William, Emma, Jaxon, Dylon; mother Doris Revels of Kissimmee, FL; three sisters, Veronica Chamberlin (Fred) of Orlando, FL; , Kathy Overbay (J.R.) of St. Cloud;  Sandra Boswell (Steve) of Conroe, TX; and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 23, 2012 from 2-4 pm with a service to follow at Osceola Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 2000 13th St., St. Cloud, FL 34769 407-957-2511.

Sullivan_DavidSULLIVAN - DAVID ALAN,  On June 11th, David Alan Sullivan, of Strasburg, VA, formerly of St. Cloud, FL, passed away at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, VA, surrounded by family.
Born June 21, 1954 in Canandaigua, NY, David is survived by his parents, Wayne & Barbara Sullivan, of Strasburg, VA; son, Brian Sullivan of Aspen CO; daughters, Beth Sullivan Bateman, of Grand Junction, CO, and Allison Sullivan of Hollywood, FL; stepson, Alan Smith, of Hollywood, FL; three grandchildren, Keegan Sullivan and Elle Bateman, of Grand Junction, CO, and Logan Sullivan, of Kansas City, KS; a sister, Joanne Sullivan Hass of Strasburg, VA, and nieces, nephews, and many good friends.
He was employed as an electrician and carpenter in Florida, before relocating to Virginia one year ago. He loved his family, the ocean, surfing, fishing, and music, and could grill a mean steak.
A memorial service was held at his parent’s home in Strasburg, Virginia. David will be returned to the ocean he loved so dearly. Sadly missed, very much loved, he now rests in the arms of Our Lord.

 

 

TURNER - Daniel D. Turner, 65, of St. Cloud, FL passed away on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 17, 2012. Born in Springfield, Illinois on May 6, 1947, he was the son of the late James Isaac Turner and the late Marilyn Miller Kawalek. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Christine Williams and Ann Perry.
Dan was a retired truck driver/owner operator, and he sold cars and time shares in several states. An avid Harley Davidson motorcycle rider, he was also a former sail boater and golfer. Dan was a veteran of the United States Army having served during Vietnam. He was also a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Kissimmee. Most importantly he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother.
Dan is survived by his wife of 30 years, Linda K. Turner; his daughter, Shelby Turner of Leesburg, GA;  his grandchildren, Savanna Brumley, Dustin Brumley, Jacob Hall, and Caleb Manders; his brothers-in-law, Joseph Perry of Albany, GA and Daniel Williams of State College, PA;  his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, David and Luann Houser of Dearborn Heights, MI, Richard and Patricia Sujdak of Yardley, PA, and Donald and Peggy Houser of Kane, PA; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home and Crematory. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Comforter, 480 W. Central Pkwy., Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 or to Trinity Lutheran Church, 3016 W. Vine St. (US 192), Kissimmee, FL 34741.
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. with Rev. Robert Schmalzle officiating. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery in Albany, GA on Saturday, June 23, 2012.
