New Osceola Master Gardener Volunteer classes begin Sept. 14

Seniors and disabled residents who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic are encouraged to apply for a new program that launched this week. “The pandemic left many seniors isolated and feeling mentally, physically and financially vulnerable.
