A man with prior convictions of exposure of sexual organs was arrested on the same charge this week, Osceola County Sheriff's deputies report.
Anthony Santana, 22, was arrested at a store on Vineland Road Tuesday and charged with a felony count of exposure of sexual organs second offense. Jail records show he was released from the Osceola County Jail Thursday on a $2,500 bond.
Deputies say they responded to the Ross Dress for Less in reference to a man who had exposed his sexual organs. The victim’s father said his 9-year-old daughter ran up to him crying, saying that a man exposed his penis to her. The juvenile victim pointed out the suspect later identified as Santana, who was then detained by the father and another man while they waited for law enforcement. Photos taken at the scene showed Santana was wearing pajama pants that appeared to be ripped in the groin area and was wearing no underwear.
According to court records, Santana was found guilty of two other charges for the same offense in February in Seminole County.
Detectives with OCSO ask that if anyone else in the community has had any interactions with the suspect of an unwanted sexual nature, to contact the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office. They note he drives a red 2003 Mustang, which was common to the Seminole and Osceola County cases.
