The Silver Spurs Riding Club will be hosting two action-packed rodeo events this February. The fans can witness extreme bull riding at the 9th Annual Monster Bulls on Feb. 15. Then, on Feb. 21, to celebrate Rodeo Day, the Silver Spurs Riding Club will bring the Silver Spurs Rodeo Parade through downtown St. Cloud. This event starts at the corner of Pennsylvania and 9th Street at Centennial Park at 10 a.m. and is free for the public to enjoy. Later that night, rodeo fans will be entertained watching seven of rodeo’s traditional events: bull riding, bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, tiedown roping, women’s barrel racing, steer wrestling and team roping.

It’s at Osceola Heritage Park/Silver Spurs Arena, 1875 Silver Spur Lane, Kissimmee.

“We are excited to kick off the 144th Silver Spurs Rodeo with Monster Bulls, and then the Rodeo’s seven traditional rodeo events we have shared with our fans for over 75 years,” said Chris Baker, 2019- 20 Big Boss of the Silver Spurs Rodeo. “We are looking forward to celebrating the Silver Spurs Rodeo Parade in St. Cloud again along with Rodeo Day and sharing these traditions with the residents of Osceola County for years to come.”

Tickets starting at $15 per adult while kids 10 and under are free. A Silver Spurs Rodeo or Monster Bulls ticket is also good for same-day admission into the Osceola County Fair.

Friday, Feb. 21, is “Rodeo Day” in Osceola County, which means all Osceola County middle and high school students will receive free admission when they present their Osceola County school identification. Children 10 and under are free. For more information, visit: https:// www.silverspursrodeo.com/rodeo-daybest-school-holiday-ever/
